Once you’ve placed an order, we say to allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

This is a guide, its usually less than this but sometimes I could take a little longer (but not very often- Royal Mail are really good)

P&P is £4.95 with no minimum or maximum order amount - but if you spend over £3 you’ll get free, fully tracked delivery.

We use the Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service

Unfortunately once you’ve checked out, we cannot add to that order.

Yes, all orders will receive a confirmation email/text and notifications once dispatched with tracking information.

(Please double check emails/mobile numbers are typed correctly- and also check Spam/Junk folders) 

Yes - You will receive full tracking information when we despatch the order, with an estimated time of delivery on the day via Royal Mail.

You can choose to receive SMS or EMAIL notifications when you're checking out.

Unfortunately we don’t offer specific delivery days.

Please message us directly if you want a certain delivery date and we can try to get it to you as close to the required date as possible 😊

Our Cookies & Slabs have a 4-5 day best before date.

Bars have a 6-7 days best before date.

Dough lasts up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

All items will come with an individual allergy label which also included storage information and a best before date.

Yes all our products freeze really well for up to 1 month.

Just take the out the freezer around 1 hour before scoffing them (or pop them in the microwave for a few seconds 😁)

No, we only offer UK Mainland postage at the moment.

Yes, absolutely!

Select ‘Click and Collect’ on checkout and you’ll not be charged any delivery charges.

Please then message us directly to arrange a collection day/time.
